Billable Services definition

Billable Services are other services above and beyond those specified in this Agreement. If the parties agree that you will provide Billable Services to IBM, you will furnish such services in a workmanlike manner in accordance with the terms and conditions of a separate IBM Agreement to be negotiated in good faith by the parties. Payment by IBM for Billable Services will be made to you in accordance with the separate IBM Agreement or IBM purchase order authorizing such Billable Services.
Billable Services. As a best practice, eighty (80) % of time is dedicated to billable, direct services.
Billable Services means services provided by County Gas Utility staff related to the gas service that are invoiced to the Customer, including but not limited to secondary gas services, gasfitting, sale of goods, gas service calls, leak repair, meter moves, cap-offs, trenching, plowing and digging;

Examples of Billable Services in a sentence

  • Billable Services: Services outside or excluded from the scope of the Maintenance and Support Services described within these WMS Terms.

  • Once accepted, either party may terminate the Billable Services upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other Party; provided however, if terminated by Customer, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be entitled to recover payment for all Services rendered through the date of termination (including for work in progress), and any non-cancellable or refundable expenses actually incurred prior to the date of termination.

  • Acceptance of Customer’s purchase order for Billable Services is subject to availability and Covaris may reject such order for any reason, including but not limited to, instrument obsolescence, availability of parts, or instrument condition.

  • Subject to the Limitation of Liability provisions herein, to the extent that Spirent utilizes subcontractors to provide the services contemplated herein, Out-of-Scope Billable Services Not Included in This Agreement.

  • Billable Services provided by Tecogen shall be billed as defined in and in accordance with Exhibit A.

  • Billable Services generally include without limitation any repair, incidental, relocation, calibration, training or other services that are charged on a time and materials basis at the rates specified in Covaris’ quotation.

  • Billable Services shall be performed in accordance with Covaris’ quotation, which shall specify the types of Services to be provided, including without limitation, all specific instruments and equipment requiring the Services.

  • All services performed by Xoft on Customer's Non-Covered Equipment or which are not Covered Services (collectively, "Billable Services") shall be billable to Customer at Xoft's then-current service call fees, including all labor, parts and travel charges.

  • Documentation of LEA Medi-CAL Billable Services will be completed by the provider.

  • Instruments that are not covered by a Service Plan or warranty and Customer requests for service will be considered for Covaris’ Billable Services.

Related to Billable Services

  • Cable Services means the transmission by cable of programs including retransmission by cable of any satellite television signals.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.
