Bill of Sale (Personal Property). ▇▇all mean that certain bill of sale --------------------------------- conveying title to the Tangible Personal Property, Intangible Personal Property and the Reservation System from the Seller to the Purchaser's property manager, lessee or designee.
Bill of Sale (Personal Property) means one or more bills of sale conveying title to the Tangible Personal Property and the Intangible Personal Property from Seller to Purchaser, with warranty of title and free and clear of any lien or security interest, and otherwise in an “as is where is” condition.
