Bilingual staff definition

Bilingual staff means a staff person who has demonstrated and verified proficiency, pursuant to generally accepted objective criteria, in both spoken English and at least one other language as authorized by OPP. Bilingual staff must be routinely assessed and serve as bilingual employees on behalf of OPP.
