BIL3 definition
BIL3 means Business Impact Level 3 – “Restricted”, the SPF rating for “restricted” level data;
Examples of BIL3 in a sentence
The Supplier shall work with the Department to identify any materials or information assets that the Supplier and/or any Subcontractors may have access to and that may be classified as BIL1, BIL2 or BIL3 (as such terms are defined in the SPF).
These impacts can be most readily seen in the weaknesses that currently exist including searching, handling of long list hierarchies, reporting and Business Impact Level 3 (BIL3) (data security) compliant user administration.
The Child Level Data collected by the Application during the life of the contract is classified as Business Impact Level 3 (BIL3).
For the purposes of completing the Self-Assessment Checklist, as at 17 June 2009, the BIL rating of NCT data is BIL3.
