As further set forth in Section 6.4 below, Bigbelly is and will at all times be the sole owner of the Equipment.
If Customer elects not to renew, Customer must provide written notice to Bigbelly at least three (3) months prior to the expiration of the current term.

If Customer does not provide such insurance, it agrees that Bigbelly has the right, but not the obligation, to obtain such insurance and add an insurance fee to the amount due from Customer.
Bigbelly reserves the right, at its sole cost and expense and subject to applicable governmental guidelines, laws, rules, regulations and ordinances, at any time upon notice to Customer, to enhance or otherwise modify the Equipment and/or Software made available to Customer under this Agreement, including but not limited to enhancements or modifications for the purpose of implementing Wi-Fi network capability to the Equipment, instituting mechanisms for data collection, processing and analysis.
Bigbelly shall, at its expense, provide Customer Equipment and Software setup and training.
