Big Spring Refinery means the refinery located in Big Spring, Texas, and the assets relating thereto.

Big Spring Refinery means the refinery owned by the Companies as of the Existing Effective Date and located near Big Spring, Texas, the fee interest owned by Alon Refining in approximately 1,278 acres of land on which such refinery is situated, use or license rights covering tracts of land adjoining the railroad lines, spurs or sidings within the boundary of the refinery site, all easements, rights of way and privileges granted to Alon Refining within or adjoining the refinery site, all improvements, machinery and equipment thereon, and the interest of Alon Refining as lessee in all leases of personal property used or held for use by Alon Refining in connection with such refinery.
Big Spring Refinery means the refinery located in Big Spring, Texas, and the assets relating thereto. “Board of Governors” means the Board of Governors of the United States Federal Reserve System. “Borrower” as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Petroleum refinery means each facility engaged in producing gasoline, kerosene, distillate fuel oils, residual fuel oils, lubricants, or other products through distillation of petroleum or through redistillation, cracking, extracting, or reforming of unfinished petroleum derivatives.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • CBM means Capacity Benefit Margin.
