Big Machine definition

Big Machine means the complete production line consisted of the machine purchased by each party under Section 5 together with its corresponding matching facilities with the production capacity of 12-15 million boxes (one box equals to 10*20ml/pipette)per year for the Product, among which the first Big Machine means the Big Machine with the Model of [Rommelag BP 460], ordered by STULLN in January 2014 for manufacturing the Products particularly for CMS. CFDA means the China Food and Drug Administration.
