Bifurcation Documents means the various documents identified under the Master Transfer Agreement.

Provided that such separate leases and other documents reasonably necessary to effectuate such bifurcation (the "Bifurcation Documents") are reasonably acceptable to Tenant and in substantially similar form, and provided that Landlord reimburses Tenant's reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs) incurred by Tenant in connection with such bifurcation, Tenant shall execute the Bifurcation Documents.
