Biennial Plan definition

Biennial Plan means each biennial transmission plan adopted by the Board pursuant to section 2. A “Draft Biennial Plan” refers to a draft of a Biennial Plan presented by Staff to the Board for adoption pursuant to section 2 but not yet adopted by the Board.
