BIE Exchange definition
BIE Exchange means the exercise by any BIE Eligible Noteholder of a BIE Option to exchange its BIE Tendered Notes for an equal aggregate principal amount of BIE New Notes secured on BIE Proposed New Assets in accordance with Base Condition 6.5(a)(i).
BIE Exchange means the exercise by any BIE Eligible Noteholder of a BIE Option to exchange its BIE Tendered Notes for an equal aggregate principal amount of BIE New Notes secured on BIE Proposed New Assets in accordance with Condition 17.1(a).
