Bidding/Contract Documents definition
Bidding/Contract Documents means the Contract, Addenda, Notice Inviting Sealed Bids, bidding instructions, Bid (including documentation accompanying the Bid and any post-bid documentation submitted prior to the Notice of Completion) when attached as an exhibit to the Contract, the Bonds, permits from jurisdictional regulatory agencies, Special Provisions, Plans, Standard Plans, Standard Specifications, Reference Specifications, Change Orders, and Supplemental Agreements.
