Bidder/Tenderer/Contractor definition
Bidder/Tenderer/Contractor means the individual, firm or company, whether incorporated or not, undertaking the works and shall include the legal personal representative of such individual or the persons composing such firm or company, or the successors of such firm or company and the permitted assignees of such individual, firm or company who are participating in Bidding process and will Execute Works after award of the Works.
Bidder/Tenderer/Contractor means the interested Firm/Company/Supplier/Distributors/ individual / AOP that may provide or provides the IT Equipment’s & Machinery Items and related services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.
Bidder/Tenderer/Contractor means the firm/ party who bids against an enquiry / tender.
