Bid Unit definition

Bid Unit means the unit designation which shall be applicable to all pricing offered for bid evaluation purposes. Unit cost, freight, fixed fee, estimated usage and the extended cost shall be stated in terms of the designated bid unit. In some instances, the bid unit and the package unit may be the same.
