Bid Quotation definition

Bid Quotation means a firm bid quotation for the relevant Reference Obligation with an outstanding principal amount equal to the Valuation Reference Obligation Notional Amount.
Bid Quotation means, with respect to any Disputed Asset, a bid quotation provided by an Approved Dealer which is executable by the Valuation Agent with respect to the full outstanding principal amount of such Disputed Asset which forms part of the Credit Support Balance.
Bid Quotation means a written offer or bid in the prescribed format, which responds to an invitation by the University for the provision of goods or services.

  • If the Contract Compliance Director or the duly authorized Waiver Committee determines that the Bidder or Proposer has not demonstrated sufficient Good Faith Efforts to meet the applicable MBE and WBE goals, the Contract Compliance Director or the duly authorized Waiver Committee may deny a Petition for Reduction/Waiver, declare the Bid or Proposal non-responsive, and recommend rejection of the Bid, Quotation, or Proposal.

  • Any contracts awarded pursuant to an outstanding Bid, Quotation or Proposal shall be considered an agreement and treated in the same manner as provided for in the last two sentences of Section 7.3.2 hereof.

  • If, following such Price Notification, the Guarantor provides the Bondholder with a firm, unconditional bid quotation (“Bid Quotation”) for the relevant Bonds that is equal to or higher than the highest price so obtained from other market dealers, Bondholder will sell such Bonds to the Guarantor on the basis of such Bid Quotation.

Bid Quotation means a firm quotation, obtained from a Dealer at or around 11 am London time, for a representative amount of the Bond Collateral, as determined by the Swap Calculation Agent, acting in a commercially reasonable manner.

Related to Bid Quotation

  • Full Quotation means, in accordance with the Quotation Method, each firm quotation obtained from a Dealer at the Valuation Time, to the extent reasonably practicable, for an amount of the Reference Obligation with an outstanding principal balance equal to the Quotation Amount;

  • Mid-Market Swap Rate Quotation means a quotation (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for the relevant Mid-Market Swap Rate;

  • Written quotations means quotations referred to in paragraph 12(1)(b) of this policy.

  • Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) means a document or documents containing the specification, and proposed terms and conditions issued to potential suppliers to solicit written Quotations.

  • Request for Quotation (RFQ) means the document(s) containing the Conditions of Quoting and Contract, the Annexure, Special Conditions of Contract (if any), Scope of Services, Response Schedules and any other document issued for the purposes of inviting Quotations for the Services.
