Bid File definition

Bid File means an agreed-upon set of loan-level data elements submitted to PMI in connection with LBH’s request for a bid from PMI to provide mortgage insurance on a certain pool of loans.
Bid File means the information furnished to the Company by the Insured in solicitation of offers to issue mortgage guaranty insurance. The Bid File may consist of information about the actual loans intended to be insured or it may consist of a profile of the loans intended to be insured.
Bid File means a file maintained by a procuring agency that contains: the original bid response with an indication of the date and time received, original copy of request for bid, original bidders list, an abstract of bids received, a listing of any late bids, the names of successful bidders, justification for any lower bids rejected, a statement of the application of life−cycle cost formula, Wisconsin bidder preference, minority bidder preference, shel- tered workshop preference, and “buy American” preference, where pertinent.

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Electronic File means any text, illustration or other matter supplied or produced by either Party in digitised form on disc, through a modem, or by ISDN or any other communication link.

  • CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Third-Party Filer means an entity that submits a Product filing to the Commission on behalf of an Insurer.

  • Custodial File Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • Loan File means, with respect to each Loan delivered to the Custodian, each of the Loan Documents identified on the related Loan Checklist.

  • Credit File means all Credit Documents and all other credit, collateral, or insurance documents in the possession or custody of the Assuming Institution, or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, relating to an Asset or a Loan included in a Put Notice, or copies of any thereof.
