Bid Evaluation Report definition

Bid Evaluation Report means a report prepared by the Bid Evaluation Committee for submission to the Bid Adjudication Committee;
Bid Evaluation Report means the report on bids prepared by a procuring entity;
Bid Evaluation Report means the bid evaluation report prepared in accordance with rule 27;

Related to Bid Evaluation Report

  • Verification Report As defined in Section 4.19.

  • Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

In the MCP cost reports, sub-capitated expenditures represent the amounts paid by MCPs for sub-capitated services, rather than “shadow priced” claims as illustrated in the CY 2018 encounter data.
