Data Sheet means an integral part of the Instructions to Consultants (ITC) Section2thatisusedtoreflect specific assignment conditions to supplement, but not to over-write, the provisions of the ITC.
Safety Data Sheet means a safety data sheet within the meaning of regulation 5 of the CHIP Regulations;
Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.
Data Source Annual Fiscal Audit Report, Terms of Debt, Other Formal Notifications Received by School. Default Rubric Exceeds Standard The school has met standard for at least 3 consecutive years. Meets Standard The school is not in default of any financial obligations, and did not experience any instances of default during the fiscal year. Financial obligations include, but are not limited to, making payments to vendors and utility services on time, complying with all loan covenants, filing any reports required for maintenance of grants or philanthropic funds, meeting all tax obligations, and operating without financial judgements or property liens. Approaches Standard The school experienced one or more instances of minor default during the fiscal year (such as making late payments); however, the school is not currently in default of any financial obligations. Does Not Meet Standard School is currently in default of financial obligations.
Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.
Policy Web Pages means the web pages available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxx, and at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or such other URLs or Web pages as the LHIN or the Ministry may advise from time to time. Federal contract information means information, not intended for public release, that is provided by or generated for the Government under a contract to develop or deliver a product or service to the Government, but not including information provided by the Government to the public (such as on public Web sites) or simple transactional information, such as necessary to process payments.
Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.
RFP means Request for Proposal.
Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).
Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.
Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.
Pricing Information means the information relating to (i) the number of Shares issued and (ii) the offering price of the Shares included on the cover page of the Prospectus.
Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;
Pricing Pages means the schedule of prices, estimated order quantity, and totals contained in wvOASIS or attached hereto as Exhibit A, and used to evaluate the Solicitation responses.
Lost or missing licensed material means licensed material whose location is unknown. This definition includes licensed material that has been shipped but has not reached its planned destination and whose location cannot be readily traced in the transportation system.
Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;
Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials relating to or concerning the Licensed Products, or any other advertising, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks.
Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;
Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;
