BIB WARRANT definition
BIB WARRANT means that certain Warrant for the Purchase of Shares of Common Stock, dated December 27, 1996, issued by the Borrower in favor of BIB Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd., as the same may be amended, modified, restated or otherwise supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Subordinated Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything in this ARTICLE VI to the contrary, in no event shall this ARTICLE VI be construed as prohibiting, restricting or impairing the Company's ability to comply with the registration rights agreements or the registration rights in any warrant it has: (i) entered into on or prior to the date hereof and (ii) disclosed on the DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE, THE SCHEDULES OR AS SET FORTH IN THE SUBORDINATED LOAN AGREEMENT AND BIB WARRANT.
