The Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD (BIAC) has drafted a set of sample self-certification forms, available on the OECD AEOI Portal (under CRS Implementation and Assistance > Sample Self-Certification Forms) to assist FIs with the implementation of the CRS.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC Rules) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

BIAC shall comply with all laws, statutes, ordinances, and governmental rules, regulations, or requirements and with good and safe practices in connection with its use of the Property.
BIAC shall not create or permit any unsafe conditions upon the Property, shall promptly report to CITY the discovery of any unsafe conditions, and shall take all actions necessary and reasonably appropriate to correct any unsafe conditions.
BIAC acknowledges that BIAC has no right, title, or interest in or to any portion of the Property, other than the License specifically granted by the terms of this Agreement.
