BI Materials definition
BI Materials means any tangible chemical, biological or research materials, including without limitation, any assays or antibodies, whether or not patentable, used by BI or furnished by BI to ImmunoGen under this Agreement. BI Materials shall include, without limitation, the BIWA4 antibody.
