BHRS definition

BHRS means Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist.

  • Contractor agrees to administer/utilize any and all survey instruments as directed by BHRS, including outcomes and satisfaction measurement instruments.

  • If Contractor or Contractor’s employees use any of the BHRS electronic health records (EHR) systems, Contractor and employees, who may electronically sign documentation in the EHR, shall sign BHRS’ Electronic Signature Agreement before access to the EHR is approved by County.

  • Required informing materials are electronically available on the BHRS website, under the Mental Health Services Contractor Resources section and must be physically available at the Contractor agency facility lobby for beneficiaries’ access.
