BHCA Subject Person definition
BHCA Subject Person means any Limited Partner that is subject, directly or indirectly, to the provisions of Section 4 of the BHCA and the regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System promulgated thereunder.
BHCA Subject Person means any Shareholder that is subject, directly or indirectly, to the provisions of Section 4 of the BHCA and the regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System promulgated thereunder.
