BGT Systems means the electronic information systems (as modified from time to time) used by the Transporter and Shippers for certain transportation and network related activities and as contemplated by this Code;

Examples of BGT Systems in a sentence

  • The date of completion as indicated on the BGT Systems shall be conclusive evidence of the completion unless the Company shall have disputed such update within 14 days of same.

  • In conjunction with operating the Transportation System, the Transporter owns, maintains and operates the BGT Systems, the Hardware, and the Software.

  • In the event of a dispute regarding a communication transmitted through the BGT Systems, the Transporter will make available its records as directed by the Commission.
