The date of completion as indicated on the BGT Systems shall be conclusive evidence of the completion unless the Company shall have disputed such update within 14 days of same.
In conjunction with operating the Transportation System, the Transporter owns, maintains and operates the BGT Systems, the Hardware, and the Software.
