Examples of BGO in a sentence

  • All rights in and to the BGO Names not expressly granted herein to the Company and the Operating Partnership are retained and reserved by the Adviser (or its Affiliates).

  • The Company and the Partnership shall have sixty (60) days from the date of termination to cease all further use of the BGO Names.

  • The Company and the Operating Partnership agree not to contest the validity of the Adviser’s (or its Affiliates’) rights to the BGO Names.

  • The Adviser will seek to resolve any conflicts of interest in a fair and reasonable manner in accordance with its prevailing policies and procedures with respect to conflicts resolution among Other BGO Accounts generally, but only those transactions set forth in this Section 8(d) will be expressly required to be presented for approval to the Independent Directors or any committee thereof (unless otherwise required by the Charter or the Investment Guidelines).

  • The name of the Partnership is BGO IREIT Operating Partnership LP.

  • The Dealer Manager reserves the right to withdraw its consent to the use of the Company’s name at any time and to request to review any materials generated by Dealer that use the Company’s name or mark or BGO Names (or any combination or derivation thereof).
