  • SGFL and BGFCL shall be the Project Executing Agencies for Part B of the Project.

  • The Borrower hereby designates GTCL, SGCL, BGFCL and Petrobangla respectively, its agent for the purposes of taking any action or entering into any agreement required or permitted under Sections 3.02, 3.03 and 3.05 of this Loan Agreement and under Sections 6.01, 6.02, 6.03 and 6.04 of the OCR Loan Regulations.

  • The authority conferred on GTCL, SGFL, BGFCL, PGCL, and Petrobangla respectively, under Section 7.01 of this Loan Agreement may be revoked or modified by agreement between the Borrower and ADB.
