BGE System definition

BGE System the interconnector pipeline system operated by BGE or its Affiliate for the conveyance of gas fromdownstream of the TranscoNGG System at Moffat to pipeline systems in the Republic of Ireland and (by way of a pipe connected to the BGE System) in Northern Ireland, including the BGE Facilities;
BGE System the interconnector pipeline system operated by BGE or its Affiliate for the conveyance of gas downstream of the NGG System at Moffat including the BGE Facilities;
BGE System means the electric power transmission, subtransmission, and distribution facilities owned, operated and maintained by BGE or any successor(s) of BGE.

  • Representatives of NGG and BGE will liaise in March and September of each year (or as may otherwise be agreed) to discuss and where practicable co-ordinate their respective planned maintenance programmes, emergency shut down tests, pipeline operations, and procedures associated with these activities and shall provide all other relevant information to assist the integrity and safety of the NGG System and the BGE System.
