BFE Engineering Definition has the meaning set out in Clause 18.1.2.1.

BFE Engineering Definition means, for each BFE, a written detailed engineering definition including (a) the dimensions and weight of such BFE and the information necessary for its installation and operation on each Aircraft, (b) 3D models compatible with the Seller’s systems (if applicable), and (c) a Declaration of Design and Performance.

Examples of BFE Engineering Definition in a sentence

  • The Seller shall be entitled to refuse any item of BFE that it considers incompatible with the Specification, the BFE Engineering Definition or the certification requirements.

Related to BFE Engineering Definition

  • FBF Definitions means the definitions set out in the June 2013 FBF Master Agreement relating to transactions on forward financial instruments as supplemented by the Technical Schedules (Additifs Techniques) as published by the Fédération Bancaire Française (together the FBF Master Agreement) as may be supplemented or amended as at the Issue Date.

  • High Definition or “HD” shall mean Linear Broadcast of Television Channel in any resolution that is 1080 vertical lines of resolution or less (but at least 720 vertical lines of resolution) and 1920 lines of horizontal resolution or less (but at least 1280 lines of horizontal resolution);

  • ISDA CDS Definitions has the meaning specified in Section 10.01.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Master Definitions Schedule means the amended and restated schedule of definitions relating to the Programme originally dated the Programme Effective Date and as most recently amended and restated on 18 December 2020 (as further amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).
