BFE Agreements definition

BFE Agreements means, with respect to each and all of the Financed Aircrafts, the agreements related to equipment installed in the Financed Aircrafts and delivered to the Buyer by Airbus (named “Buyer Furnished Equipments” o “BFE”), including the guarantees obtained by the Borrower and the Joint Obligors relating to them.

  • The Joint Obligors are hereby obligated to transfer definitely and irrevocably in favor of the assets on trust of the Borrower, any rights related to any reimbursement of the Financed Aircraft, except for the reimbursement payments referred in the Netting Letter, as well as any other right related to the BFE and SSBFE Agreements, and to maintain valid such BFE Agreements during the term of this Agreement.
