BFE Account definition
BFE Account means any account established by or for BFE, other than the Series 2003-1 Collection Subaccount (or any sub-subaccount thereof), for the purpose of depositing funds borrowed by BFE, any amounts paid pursuant to the Series 2003-1 VFC Certificate and all amounts received with respect to Hedge Agreements.
