BF Special Terms definition

BF Special Terms. Special terms agreed by a BF Director or BF’s In-house Solicitor on BF’s standard special terms pro-forma. “Contract”: the contract between BF and the Customer for the sale and purchase of Goods. “Customer”: the purchaser of Goods. “Goods”: the product(s) set out in the order. “TOB”: these Terms of Business.

Examples of BF Special Terms in a sentence

  • The order(s), order confirmation(s) (if any), these TOB, the BF Special Terms (if any) and the receipt note constitute the entire Contract between the parties and supersede and extinguish all previous agreements, representations, assurances, warranties, promises and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.

Related to BF Special Terms

  • Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.

  • Commercial Terms means this Agreement excluding the Purchase Order;

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any special terms and conditions supplementing and/or amending these Terms and Conditions;

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.
