AGE (and its permitted third parties) may access and use the BETAHost Software only to provide back office processing for its own brokerage operations, which include the operations of each of AGE’s correspondent brokerage firms for which AGE provides clearing services.
Any use of the BETAHost Software by any correspondent of AGE is deemed use by AGE, and all terms, conditions, limitations, and restrictions on the use of the BETAHost Software imposed by this Agreement are applicable to use of the BETAHost Software by AGE’s correspondents.
Other than as specifically authorized by this license grant, AGE may not relicense, sublicense, sell, lease, or in any other manner convey rights in, grant permission to use, provide access to, or make available the BETAHost Software without BETA’s express written consent.
