Beta Solution definition

Beta Solution means any Trial Solution and any solution marked or otherwise designated as a beta test version, irrespective of whether payment has been made.
Beta Solution means, as the context requires: (i) a Beta Product and/or a Beta Service, as further described in the Beta Letter (and, if the Beta Product is Software, in object code form), related Documentation supplied therewith, the media on which they are contained and any applicable hardware, and/or (ii) any Software, included therein or accessed thereby, related Documentation included therewith, and the media on which any of the foregoing are contained, and/or (iii) Ancillary Solution components not purchased by Licensee from Avaya.
Beta Solution means any Evaluation Solution and any Solution marked or otherwise designated as a beta test version, irrespective of whether payment has been made Device means any mobile phone, mobile device, tablet, mobile network appliance, other mobile product (each, a “Mobile Device”), personal computer, Internet- connected device, or any other device supported by Privax as specified in the Applicable Conditions and in the Technical Specifications in respect of the Solution. Dispute has the meaning ascribed to it by Section 10.1 of this Agreement. Evaluation Solution means an otherwise paid Solution that Privax provides without receiving payment for trial or evaluation purposes. Extension Period has the meaning ascribed to it by Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
