Beta Data definition
Beta Data any data (whether pre-clinical, clinical data, or otherwise) necessary or useful for the use and development of any Beta Material or Beta Product that is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise controlled by the Company prior to the date of this Agreement.
Examples of Beta Data in a sentence
Any information submitted by You in Beta Services (“Beta Data”) may be altered or deleted by Pilixo at any time, and Pilixo makes no warrantees about (a) ability to export or save any Beta Data, or (b) portability or applicability of Beta Data to any current or future Purchased Services.
Tester is advised to safeguard its Beta Data, to use caution, and not to rely in any way on the correct functioning or performance of the Testing Services.
