Best Practices Guide definition

Best Practices Guide means the Best Practices for the Sampling of Adult Use Marijuana published by the Department available at: https://www.maine.gov/dafs/omp/adult-use/applications-forms. All licensees and any employee of a licensee collecting samples of marijuana, marijuana concentrate, or marijuana products for mandatory testing must collect samples in accordance with the best practices described in the Guide.
