Best For Project means a collaborative approach to maximising project benefits by putting the project foremost in the delivery process ahead of individual project parties wants.

Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

Provisioning Center includes any commercial property where Marihuana is sold at retail to registered qualifying patients or registered primary caregivers. A noncommercial location used by a primary caregiver to assist a qualifying patient connected to the caregiver through the department’s Marihuana registration process in accordance with the MMMA is not a Provisioning Center for the purposes of this Ordinance.
Project Operations Manual means the Project Operations Manual referred to in Part B.3(a) of Section 1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operations Manual;
tidal work means so much of any work authorised by this Order as is on, under or over tidal waters or tidal lands below the level of high water;
Professional land surveyor means a professional land surveyor licensed under ch. 443.
Landscape architect means a person who holds a license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California Business and Professions Code, Section 5615.

Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program or "MS4 Program" means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations and the Act and attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.
