Bespoke Service definition

Bespoke Service any training course that is specified by the Customer, including but not limited to, the creation of new and specific training materials. See also: Customised Service Classroom Training Unit (CTU): Laptop Computers and Mi-Fi Internet service with associated cables and other accessories provided by the Supplier to facilitate the performance of the Service.
Bespoke Service any customisation or bespoke development carried out by ▇▇▇▇ specifically for the Client. Business Day: a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are open for business. Client: the person who purchases Barracuda from Tang. Client Data: the data inputted by the Client, Authorised Users, or Tang on the Client's behalf for the purpose of using the Services or facilitating the Client's use of the Services. Contract: the contract for the provision of Services by ▇▇▇▇ to the Client which incorporates these terms of business and, where Bespoke Services are provided, the Development Terms of Business. Contract Signature Page: the document setting out the Client and Contract details and signature. Development Terms of Business: Tang’s standard terms of business for its Bespoke Service. Documentation: the document made available to the Client by Tang online via the Tang Solutions Website or such other web address notified by ▇▇▇▇ to the Client from time to time which sets out a description of the Services and the user instructions for the Services. Effective Date: the date of this Contract. Initial Subscription Term: the initial term of this Contract as set out in Schedule 2. Normal Business Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm local UK time, each Business Day.

Examples of Bespoke Service in a sentence

  • The cost of our Bespoke Service will depend on the level of work required and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • A Customised Service is differentiated from a Bespoke Service (see above) Customer: an individual or legal entity to whom a Service, might be or, is provided by the Supplier.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in Exhibit 2 of this Agreement to the contrary, and for purposes of determining any Service SLA Credit due under the Bespoke Service Plans, the % by which OneWeb fails to meet the Service SLA (and the % of the Service SLA Total Credit Cap) will be applied to the agreed [***] (as defined herein) associated to the applicable Bespoke Service Plan on which the Service SLA Credit arises.
