Berth Occupancy definition

Berth Occupancy shall have the meaning ascribed such term in Section 8.01.
Berth Occupancy means the occupation of any berth of the Authority whether alongside or stern-to, by any vessel;

  • The above Allowed Berth Occupancy shall be prorated in the case of part cargoes.
