Berth Holders definition

Berth Holders means any person leasing a slip or other space in the Marina including Lessee and sub Lessees whether they be owners or the master or the managers of the vessel.

If Note A-2 has not been included in a Securitization, the Non-Directing Holder with respect to such Note will be the then-current Holder of such Note.
