Bermuda Option definition
Bermuda Option means an Option Transaction in which the Option is exercisable on each Exercise Business Day so agreed to between the parties (each a "Scheduled Exercise Date") and on the Expiration Date, subject to adjustments in accordance with Section 3(6) of the General Provisions.

Barclays Bermuda Option Exercise Dates: Any day that is sixty-one (61) or more calendar days following February 8, 2010.
For a Bermuda Option, if the Seller receives the Exercise Notice at least one hour before the Latest Exercise Time on a Scheduled Exercise Date or on the Maturity Date, that day shall be deemed to be the Exercise Date of the Option.
