On the first Business ------------------------------- Day after any Specified Bermite Land Proceeds are received by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, the Borrower shall prepay the Advances in an amount equal to such Specified Bermite Land Proceeds.

Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;
Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.
