Berkeley Resident definition

Berkeley Resident means any individual who is a current resident of Berkeley can certify through a utility bill, or other similar means acceptable to the parties to this Agreement, that the individual resides within the boundaries of the Berkeley City Limits.
Berkeley Resident for purposes of this Agreement means any individual who at any time during the Projects’ construction can certify through a utility bill, or other similar means acceptable to the parties to this Agreement, that the individual resides within either the boundaries of the Berkeley Unified School District or the Berkeley City Limits both on the date of such certification and the effective date of this Agreement.
