BER Unit definition

BER Unit means a Customer’s unserviceable core unit, accepted by the Company in an exchange pursuant to clause 11, that is subsequently found to be BER;

Examples of BER Unit in a sentence

  • Customer shall inform AJWT of its instruction regarding a BER Unit within 30 (thirty) days of notification from AJWT that a Component is BER.

  • In the event Customer fails to notify AJWT of its instructions regarding a BER Unit within the time period above, AJWT shall invoice for all costs to date together with all workshop inspection charges plus a handling fee of 10% of any costs to date fees and any transport costs incurred by AJWT.

  • NAV per Unit means the NAV of the Company divided by the number of Units then outstanding.

  • Per Unit Purchase Price equals $55.00, subject to adjustment for reverse and forward stock splits, stock dividends, stock combinations and other similar transactions of the Series B Preferred Stock that occur after the date of this Agreement and before the Closing Date.

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.

  • GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.
