Benevolence. Pursuant to the terms of Section 6.3, in the event you are unable to pay the monthly fees because of insufficient income or assets, you and Riverview shall explore all means of working out a solution. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Riverview is under no obligation to provide financial assistance to you.
