Benefits Representative definition

Benefits Representative means the employee benefits department of the Company or any such other person, regardless of whether employed by an Employer, who has been formally, or by operation or practice, designated by the Committee to assist the Committee with the day-to-day administration of the Plan.

  • Independent representative means a person who:
