Benefits Allowance definition

Benefits Allowance means the allowance allocated for the purposes of My Rewards.

Examples of Benefits Allowance in a sentence

  • When a Nurse’s sick leave credits are exhausted, the Nurse shall be paid only the Workers’ Compensation Benefits Allowance.

  • When an employee’s sick leave credits are exhausted, the employee shall be paid only the Workers’ Compensation Benefits Allowance.

  • Retirement allowance means the retirement payments to which a member is entitled.

  • NOx Allowance means an authorization to emit a specified amount of NOx that is allocated or issued under an emissions trading or marketable permit program of any kind that has been established under the Clean Air Act or a state implementation plan.

  • Retirement Benefits means benefits paid by reference to reaching, or the expectation of reaching, retirement or, where they are supplementary to those benefits and provided on an ancillary basis, in the form of payments on death, disability, or cessation of employment or in the form of support payments or services in case of sickness, indigence or death. The “monthly fair market value” of such benefits shall be equal to the monthly cost as if such persons elected COBRA continuation coverage at such time at their own expense.
