Benefit termination date definition
Benefit termination date means for each member the date the insurance ends under the policy.
Benefit termination date shall be (x) in the event that the Date of Termination occurs on or before June 15, 2009, the third anniversary of the Date of Termination and (y) in the event that the Date of Termination occurs after June 15, 2009, but before June 15, 2010, the first anniversary of the Date of Termination.
Benefit termination date means the ------------------------ earlier of (i) such time as the Executive becomes employed either directly or indirectly by any business entity on a full-time basis and becomes eligible for comparable benefits (taken as a whole) at no cost to the Executive provided by such entity and (ii) March 31, 2003.
