Beneficiary Register definition

Beneficiary Register means the register maintained pursuant to Section 6.3, providing for the registration of the beneficial interests and transfers and exchanges thereof.
Beneficiary Register means a register maintained by the Liquidating Trustee containing the name, address and claim amount or percentage interest of each Beneficiary of the Trust.
Beneficiary Register means a register which records the particulars of Beneficiaries or groups of Beneficiaries that have received, or have benefitted from Distributions made by the Trustees;

Examples of Beneficiary Register in a sentence

  • The beneficiary must self-declare whether it complies with the conditions set out above (in particular the EUR 20 million and the 75% thresholds), by filling the appropriate field in the Beneficiary Register.

  • The legal entity data (legal name, address, legal representatives, etc.) of the beneficiaries comes from the Participant Portal Beneficiary Register.

  • Formal notifications on paper (only after the payment of the balance) addressed to the beneficiary must be sent to its legal address as specified in the Participant Portal Beneficiary Register.

  • Each Beneficiary’s interest in the Trust Assets, pro rata in accordance with its interest in the assets of Sooner as of the date of the Transaction, as reflected on the Beneficiary Register.

  • The Trustee may deem and treat the Beneficiaries reflected as owners of Beneficial Interests on the Beneficiary Register as the absolute owners thereof for the purposes of receiving Distributions and payments on account thereof for federal and state income tax purposes and for all other purposes whatsoever.
