Beneficiary Register definition

Beneficiary Register means the register maintained pursuant to Section 6.3, providing for the registration of the beneficial interests and transfers and exchanges thereof.
Beneficiary Register means a register maintained by the Liquidating Trustee containing the name, address and claim amount or percentage interest of each Beneficiary of the Trust.

Related to Beneficiary Register
