Beneficiary Entity definition
Beneficiary Entity and “Beneficiary Entities” means a social sector entity, registered in the Borrower’s territory, vested with legal personality, selected according to the criteria set forth in the Operational Manual and empowered to carry out Investment Subprojects or Institutional Strengthening Subprojects, as the case may be.
Beneficiary Entity means any of the following entities: SRF, SPE, SEAE, SUSEP, SDE, MJ’s Secretariat of Judicial Reform, CADE, MT’s Secretariats of National Transport Policies and of Administration, DNIT, ANTT, ANTAQ, MCT’s Executive Secretariat and MCT’s Secretariats for Strategic Scientific Development Policies, for Social Inclusion, and for Strategic Development Policy, which benefit from the technical assistance provided under the Project as indicated in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, or any other entity which may benefit from a new activity to be included in the Project as provided in Section 3.03 of this Agreement; and “Beneficiary Entities” means all such entities together;
Beneficiary Entity means a financial institution that receives a request from a person to receive an electronic currency transfer;

Solely in the case of a transfer permitted pursuant to clause (ii) of Section 4, Investor shall have the right in its sole discretion to assign its rights under this Guaranty to the Beneficiaries or Beneficiary Entity to whom it transfers the Purchased Shares.
