Benchmark Valuation definition

Benchmark Valuation means the value of Digital Assets will be determined by reference to the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate New York (BRRNY) or CME CF Ether Dollar Reference Rate New York (ETHUSD_NY), published by CME Group at 4 pm Eastern Time on the day the notice is delivered.
Benchmark Valuation means principles of valuation of a plot of land determined under the Odisha Stamp Rules, 1952 for the time being in force and such other instructions issued by the Government, from time to time, in this behalf;

Benchmark Valuation means the value of Supported Digital Assets will be determined by relevant reference rate of such Supported Digital Asset published by CME Group or such other reference rate mutually agreed to by the parties at 4 pm Eastern Time on the day of the Specific Performance Event.
