Subject to any annual review of the daily rentals payable by the Lessee under the Benchmark Table which may be required by the independent non-executive Directors, the Benchmark Table will be applied throughout the term of the New Minibus Leasing Agreement and will be reviewed upon the renewal of the New Minibus Leasing Agreement.
The lease of such Buses set out in Schedule 1 shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and their Rentals shall be determined by the Benchmark Table.
